About me
Bryan has brewed professionally in Houston, Pittsburgh and Colorado Springs. In 2006, he became a partner at The Brewing-Science Institute. Bryan is an operating partner for the 100% Employee-owned yeast supplier, BSI.
Bryan has completed brewing classes from American Brewers Guild, Siebel Institute, VLB-Berlin Technical Brewing Symposium and Southwest Brewing Institute. He is an instructor for BSI’s “Microbiology for Microbrewers” seminar and has been an instructor for American Brewers Guild.
He has been a judge for GABF and World Beer Cup for 24 years and has won numerous awards from GABF, World Beer Cup and Real Ale Festival for his beers.
